Power management supplier Vertiv has announced a hike in its channel support programme and claims its new configurator will allow partners to build complete infrastructure continuity solutions for data centres, communication networks and commercial and industrial facilities.
“While we have a global programme that can support international opportunities, our tools and benefits are catered to address the unique needs of partners in each of our local markets and a focused supply chain that ensures fast, easy equipment delivery and service anywhere in the world,” said Rob Johnson, CEO at Vertiv.
Investment in the programme is said to include a new partner relationship management system that allows resellers to interface with Vertiv for deal registrations, configuration tools and anything they might need to initiate, manage or complete implementations.
“Ultimately, we are raising the bar to ensure a best-in-class relationship experience for our partners,” added Johnson.
