Nuvias UC has enrolled in the new Zoom Up Services Programme; an initiative that certifies partners and distributors to deliver services for and on behalf of Zoom, reinforcing Zoom’s commitment to a channel-first approach.
Nuvias is one of the first distributors in Europe to achieve this Deployment Certification for Zoom Customer Experience (ZCX), enabling the company to provide deployment solutions as an extension of Zoom’s own delivery capabilities for Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, Quality Management and Workforce Management.
This is in addition to Nuvias’ existing Accreditations and Competencies for Zoom Workplace and Zoom Phone.
This recognition builds on Nuvias’ existing ZCX and ZP Competencies within the existing Zoom Up Partner Programme and with these accreditations, competencies and certifications, the company can support partners with a range of Zoom services, from licensing to deployment and ongoing management.
