New features designed to boost demonstrable value to BroadSoft partner propositions will be launched by Tollring at BroadSoft Connections 2018.
Version 3.7 includes speech analytics, business performance reporting and dashboards based on SLAs and enhanced customer interaction reporting, plus enhancements to the service provider management portal, along with a new billing capability offering enhanced analytics on customers and resellers, and auto-provisioning, capacity planning and product utilisation visibility.
Tollring will also highlight its Single Sign On capability and API framework,.
