Isle of Man-based plan.com was awarded an optimal three-star accreditation at the 2021 Best Companies Awards after featuring in the Best Companies to Work for List for a fourth consecutive year.
On the night, plan.com was also named the number one company to work for in the telecommunications sector and the second best mid-sized company to work for as well as winning an award for its focus on learning and development.
During the virtual event plan.com CEO Dan Craddock was named Leader of the Year for the second time.
Nicola Patterson, Director of People Operations at plan.com, said: “We know that keeping our people healthy, productive and, above all, happy, is and will continue to be key to our success.”
