Isle of Man-based plan.com has expanded its connectivity platform my.plan with a new hosted voice solution to address the intersecting roles of mobile and office communications, according to CEO Dan Craddock.
He said “As the convergence of mobile and office-based telecommunications continues, plan.com customers will now have flexibility to manage their business communications needs through instant access to insight and tools.”
The new offering combines a digital phone system with the real-time insights, data analytics and streamlines navigation of the my.plan platform.
