Rural broadband provider Voneus has bagged Swindon-based Lde Smart Alarms in a push to beef up its managed services offering.

The deal rescues Lde from administration and expands Voneus's capabilities in delivering enterprise-grade connectivity and managed services across the UK and increases its ability to provide 24/7 support.

4net Technologies celebrates double award scoop

Congrats to 4net Technologies for collecting two awards at Avaya's Edge of the World Tour 2018.

Royal Bank of Scotland backed Bolton-business Telesis has acquired Manchester-based Digital Telecom Airtime, boosting turnover to over £9m and staff numbers to 52.

The company plans two more acquisitions this year and aims to generate £10m turnover.
