Zoom opens immersive Experience Centre

The just opened Zoom Experience Centre in the heart of London claims to be a 'first-of-its-kind' experience-based space designed to inspire and immerse customers and partners in Zoom’s products, solutions and values.

The space follows the company’s opening of its new office in Holborn, the Zoom Engagement Hub, in August 2023.

“The UK continues to be Zoom’s door to EMEA and is one of our largest key markets outside the US,” commented Frederik Maris (pictured), Head of EMEA.

“Our latest investment in the region underlines Zoom’s long-term commitment to the UK, where we have already seen the number of full-time employees nearly double in the last three years. The new Zoom Experience Centre raises the bar for our international footprint outside of the United States.”

The facility spans over 18,000 square feet and its central feature is the Lens Wall, a 125-foot-long ambient fabric wall that focuses on offering visitors an immersive experience.

The next-generation discovery showcase supports a curved LED screen with multi-touch interactivity, providing a 360-degree visual experience that can be customised for each guest during demonstrations and workshops.

Another highlight is the Boardroom of the Future equipped with a floor to ceiling seamless curved 8K LED screen and audio systems.

Zoom’s design strategy for the Experience Center also demonstrates how the company addresses sustainability holistically, helping reduce its carbon footprint through the Experience Centre’s Gold LEED certification, a globally recognised symbol of sustainability achievement.
