Evolve IP expects Webex adoption to accelerate due to new features that focus on boosting customer service.
These include ‘Vidcast’ video presentation tool as well as enhanced AI meeting functionality.
Further developments include Webex Assistant which provides transcripts, translations and message summaries.
Paul Harrison, MD EMEA, said: “Webex by Cisco is growing 10 times faster than Teams across our partner base in terms of licensing.So far, we’ve attracted hundreds of new customers this year as month-on-month demand intensifies.”
