Conferencing firm Konftel has combined its Cam10 webcam and Ego speakerphone to create a conferencing package targeted at hybrid workers, according to UK Sales Director, Jeff May.

The kit provides noise reduction, low light capabilities, swift autofocus and 4x digital zoom.
