2019 will be decisive year for channel partners transitioning away from traditional hardware sales to the SaaS business model, according to Mitel's Vice President of Channels Mike Conlon.
"The cloud gives channel partners an opportunity to deliver their products using an open consumption model, providing more long-term value for customers from a cost and enterprise operations management perspective," he stated.
Conlon also tipped UCaaS and CCaaS as the two key tech trends for channel partners to watch.
