Softcat will soon open its ninth UK office in Newcastle and will call on the city’s talent pool to recruit staff.
The opening of the new office, aligns with the company’s strategy to increase its market share across the UK, better service customers across the north east and access new talent markets.
Softcat’s Sales Manager Ashley Bilham, who is Head of the North Eastern region said: “There is a large opportunity for growth and recruitment between our Leeds and Glasgow offices.”
The company will look to the city’s universities and colleges to feed its apprenticeship programmes.
Softcat Newcastle is due to open in spring 2023.
