Wholesale SIP provider Zapappi has added Tenant Manager to its portal.
The feature enables partners to map new phone numbers or extensions to their cloud telephony platform supplier directly from the Zapappi white label portal.
For example, Zapappi partners are now able to allocate Xelion tenants to individual customers.
Head of Business Development at Zapappi Peter Ryan stated: "The feature removes time and effort for our partners and their customers when provisioning SIP services”
Dave Reynolds, MD of Xelion UK, added: “We have partnered with Zapappi since our UK launch over three years ago and we share many mutual partners.
"The Tenant Manager is a next step for Zapappi customers by making it easier for partners to provision and allocate services from one supplier to another.”
