DBSL is collaborating with HoduSoft to bring the vendor’s omnichannel CX suite and contact centre Software to the UK market.
The partnership enables DBSL to offer a fuller suite of communication channels, including voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, JotForm, and TypeForm.
