Evolve IP reveals technology investments at Partner Day 2025

Evolve IP unveiled new technology partnerships at its recent annual Partner Day held at the National Space Centre in Leicester, as well as increased solution sales and marketing support, and bi-annual AI workshops to help resellers capitalise on opportunities.

The cloud collaboration platform specialist also revealed a £600,000 network infrastructure investment and various enablement and service innovations, such as Support-as-a-Service and Migration-as-a-Service, along with Bring Your Own Carrier and international regulatory compliance expansion.

In addition, incentives and market insights were also showcased, to drive adoption, growth and innovation.

Around 150 invited guests travelled from across Europe including counterparts from the Netherlands.

Jamie Hughes, UK Sales Director (pictured with Paul Harrison) said: “Our £600,000 network infrastructure investment elevates us to tier 4 status and provides a further competitive advantage to our customers. At the event, we also discussed the power of Evolve IP EMEA's open API, building a fully automated e-commerce platform from purchasing, provisioning to support. Furthermore, we’re also adding more countries to our international regulatory compliance landscape.”

Jennifer Howden-Woodward, Head of Marketing and Communications (EMEA) revealed a series of additional support and resource services with account-based, one-to-one and dedicated sales enablement opportunities.

She was followed by Scott Rixon, Solutions Director and Craig Newell, Senior Solutions Consultant, who outlined 2024 achievements, next steps (such as Anywhere Portal and training hub improvements) plus AI-driven product enhancements, including a live AI call experience.
