TD Synnex UK has been Certified by Great Place To Work for the third year in a row, after 71 percent of employees provided feedback about the company’s culture, programmes and practices, indicating ‘an outstanding experience’.
For the 2025 survey, it also saw a three percent score increase from last year, with every focus area of the survey showing improvement.
TD Synnex has also been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2025 by Great Place to Work, marking the second consecutive year achieving this status, with 94 percent of co-workers reported being treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation and race.
It also showed the high level of satisfaction amongst co-workers with only 19% having been with the company for two years or less.
