FourNet has been named UK Partner of the Year by NICE, having recently achieved Platinum Status in the CX AI provider’s partner programme.
It was one of just four Solution Providers this year to gain this status, and the only NICE partner in the UK. Last year, FourNet was awarded NICE Customer Experience Partner of the Year.
