Mitel will roll out a new Virtual Care and Collaboration Service (VCCS) across the UK to combat financial and resourcing pressures for healthcare providers.
VCCS provides digital video consultation to enable improved delivery of patient-centric care.
Martin Bitzinger, SVP, Product Management at Mitel, said: “The VCCS platform is built to balance better patient experiences with improved operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
“It is designed to enhance the patient journey by providing integration with existing workflows, enabling multimodal patient interactions, and it can be used with any technology.”
