Air IT has acquired Edinburgh-based SoConnect to establish a regional hub in Scotland and further increase its share of the UK SME market.
This is the thirteen deal August Equity-backed Air IT has made since 2020 and its first in Scotland. It will add a client base of 500 companies and a foundation of year-on-year growth.
Air IT CEO James Steventon said: "With a complementary skillset and extensive experience of Microsoft cloud and communication solutions, we will work together and building a strong presence in Scotland."
SoConnect CEO Gordon Sayers added: "This acquisition expands our horizons and enriches our capabilities, opening up exciting opportunities for growth and innovation.”
