Following the recent appointment of Barney Taylor as CEO, the company has hired Katherine Logan, Chief People Officer (CPO) and Andy Moss, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to promote a strong focus on people, operational scale and high quality customer service.
Logan, CPO has joined from Go City, bringing experience in the leisure, retail, and banking industries, having previously held roles at Breaking Wave, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s.
The new CPO will be responsible for strengthening Air IT’s business culture, employee engagement and talent development, as well as refining the company’s people strategy and promoting an inclusive and high performing culture.
Alongside Logan, the new CFO Andy Moss (pictured) brings over 25 years of financial experience in roles across a range of sectors, including private equity-backed businesses.
With a strong track record in M&A, Moss’ financial expertise from previous senior financial leadership positions at Wren Sterling and Cable & Wireless will be invaluable in his new role, which will focus on driving financial sustainability and growth, while improving internal operations to increase the company’s efficiency and scalability.
