Windsor has acquired KSM Telecom as it looks to deepen its relationship with the SME marketplace.
KSM Telecom MD Michael J Thornton added: “We have taken the decision that the next stage of our growth should be clearly focussed and strategic to the changing, and growing, market that we support.
“The combination of skills, experience and capability of both businesses will allow us to further enhance the range of solutions we support our customers with.”
Pete Tomlinson, CEO Windsor Telecom said: “Michael has built a sustainable model with KSM Telecom, and we will work together with him to further grow our joint business.”
This follows Windsor’s acquisition of Connexus UK in October 2023.
