Windsor Telecom has beefed up its customer and product portfolios with the double acquisition of Redstar Telecom and Reefstream.
The Reefstream buy adds to Windsor’s cloud telephony and connectivity portfolio and Redstar provides credentials to address larger opportunities. Redstar is currently deploying a 300-seat cloud contact centre with a further 500 seats of MS Teams based telephony into a major retailer.
Pete Tomlinson (pictured), CEO at Windsor Telecom said: “These deals add around 25% to Windsor’s run rate, our strategy going forward is to maintain a balanced approach with both organic and acquisitive growth.”
Graham Wignall, CEO at Redstar, added: “Windsor and Redstar joining together expands the level of service, expertise and range of products we can provide to our customers.”
Wignall and Reefstream MD Jeff Highfield will both work with Windsor to aid the transition period.
Windsor Telecom was supported in the acquisitions by Acuity Advisors and Altenburg, with financial due diligence undertaken by Knight Transaction Services and legal consul from Osborne Clarke.
