Croft has acquired business communication experts Direct Line Communications, which will provide it with a gateway into Wales.
The DLC team brings additional knowledge in broadband services, business mobiles, phone systems, SMS marketing and marketing on hold.
Managing Director of DLC, Paul Wood, said: “IT support has become more and more important in the telecom space, so our customers were asking more about reputable IT companies they could use.”
“This made a natural fit for DLC to embed with Croft and provide a gateway to Wales.”
