M&A-hungry Croft Communications has completed its third acquisition in as many weeks with a deal for Blackstar Solutions.
This follows the acquisitions of ClearLink Telecoms and Data and Direct Line Communications.
This latest buy enhances and expands the company’s business communication expertise across the UK.
Blackstar Solutions CEO, Nick Smith, said: “This enables us to add even more value to clients with the full MSP offering and developing and growing the business.”
