inTEC Group is pursuing plans to extend its geographical reach throughout the UK&I this year through the acquisition of MSP Frog IT Services, a team of ten based in Cambridge.
This marks the company’s thirteenth deal since 2016 and bolsters InTEC’s managed IT support and IT consultancy offering. inTEC will now operate from eight office sites in Manchester, Altrincham, Newcastle, Cumbria, Guildford, Sussex, Dublin and now Cambridge.
Chairman and CEO Simon Howitt said: “We will bring added value to Frog’s client base and further enhance the inTEC portfolio through their additional industry experience.
Frog’s MD Richard Fella added: “This will mean that additional services will be available to our customers which were not part of our internal offering previously.
“Our staff will have access to further areas of expertise and can use their own high skill levels to enhance the inTEC Group in those areas where we have depth of knowledge.”
