Infrastructure service provider M Group Services has acquired Waldon Telecom to continue beefing out its telecom division.
Waldon Telecom works across the wider mobile telecom market and provides Acquisition, Design, and Construction (ADC) services.
Jim Arnold, Chief Executive M Group Services, said: “Our strategy is to combine Waldon Telecoms ADC skills with our mobile technology services and provide mobile clients with end-to-end solutions.”
