VoIP distributor ProVu Communications has launched a new Group Holdings Company alongside its IoT-focused sister firm Alliot Tech to oversee the pair’s growth.
The T2100 Group aims to help streamline the latest technological innovations to their relevant markets and will see two new operational committees combining managers and directors to drive both companies’ futures.
Group Managing Director Darren Garland said: “We have been looking at the best way of giving each company the focus it needs to continue growth whilst giving our up-and-coming managers a mechanism to get involved in setting and delivering the strategy for their companies.”
