NFON's capacity to innovate received a boost following its asset deal with Mannheim-based Onwerk which includes the transfer of eight developers and software architects.
The move helps to expand NFON's R&D capacities in the areas of mobile, web front and backend as well as client/server.
Jan-Peter Koopmann, Chief Technology Officer of NFON, said: "In a competitive labour market environment we have succeeded in strengthening our development team with an already well-rehearsed group.
"Onwerk's colleagues bring with them years of experience in cross-technology software development and will provide further impetus."
