Maddocks helps TSI partners tap into new verticals

TSI has appointed channel veteran Laura Maddocks as Senior Partner Manager, to help drive revenue growth for the company’s channel partners.

In her new role, Maddocks will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including new business sales, account management, product strategy, and marketing.

Maddocks brings nearly a decade of experience at audio solutions provider PromptVoice, where she helped lead product development efforts and managing partner relationships, including the acquisition of over 200 channel partners.

Maddocks commented: “There’s an untapped growth opportunity within UCaaS, and I’m confident I can help partners seize it by tapping into new verticals and significantly increasing their revenue streams.”
