Isle of Man-based Manx Telecom has acquired Synapse 360 for an undisclosed sum, bolting on capabilities in managed services, virtual IT infrastructure solutions and cloud services.
The four Synapse 360 Directors including MD Colin Sheard continue to lead the business.
Manx Telecom CEO Gary Lamb stated: “We have long viewed managed services as a potential growth area and Colin and his team’s success over the last 20 years has reinforced this view."
