Prime Networks has expanded it reach with the acquisition of Farnham-based MSP TNSC.
This is Prime’s fifth acquisition and third in the last year, following a debt funding package secured with Clydesdale Bank in 2018.
Mark Simons, Prime Networks MD said: “Our buy and build strategy is now gaining significant momentum. TNSC provides Prime with a foothold in the education sector and brings a wealth of talented individuals to the group.”
Greg Watson, Co-Founder of TNSC, added: "Having met with a number of potential acquirers, we were immediately impressed with the Prime senior team and their ambitions for the future.”
Prime now employs over 65 staff and serves over 500 SMEs and mid-market clients.
