Prime Networks has acquired Quintech in a move that continues the company’s ongoing buy-and-build growth strategy.
As part of its expansion plans, Prime Networks secured a significant debt funding package from Clydesdale Bank in 2018, and the Quintech addition reinforces Prime’s growing national presence bringing a range of clients and technical talent into the business.
Mark Simons, CEO of Prime Networks (pictured) said: “This acquisition is another key milestone on our journey to becoming a highly regarded MSP for SMEs.
“Quintech’s expertise and culture align perfectly with ours, and together we’re even better positioned to deliver value and innovation to our clients.”
Simons added: “Bringing Quintech into the Group is a big step forward in our mission to build a nationwide MSP that understands and supports the needs of SMEs.
“We’re committed to investing in the region and building on Quintech’s foundations, with dedicated resources and support from across the Prime Group.”
The addition marks Prime Networks’ seventh acquisition, and the company now employs over 70 staff across four regional offices.
