Nasstar has expanded its data engineering capabilities with the acquisition of AWS and Azure partner Colibri Digital.
The deal comes on the heels of Nasstar's record breaking FY22 performance of £200m in sales.
Nasstar’s CEO Paul Cosgrave stated: “Colibri expands Nasstar's data engineering services proposition, allowing us to scale digital services alongside traditional managed services."
Colibri's founder and CEO James Cross will join the executive team and lead the expanded data engineering services operation.
Cross added: “We hope to accelerate our growth trajectory in data engineering services and leverage technologies to unlock digital transformation objectives.”
