The Nasstar board has appointed Paul Cosgrave as CEO to drive the company’s increasing focus on cloud.
Cosgrove joins from Cognizant Technology Solutions where he led the EMEA/APAC Cloud Business and the Global AWS Business Group. He also served as UK CEO and Group CSO for US Microsoft cloud consultant New Signature.
“I believe Nasstar is well positioned as it continues to transform into a highly differentiated cloud and network services provider,” he said.
Cosgrove succeeds Wayne Churchill who served as Nasstar’s CEO for three years, overseeing a series of strategic acquisitions and growing revenues to over £200M.
Churchill will work with Cosgrove to ensure a smooth succession period leading into a handover on October 1st.
