Microtrading rebrands as Air IT post-acquisition

The full integration and rebranding of September 2020 acquisition Microtrading cements Air IT’s expansion into the West Midlands, according to John Witty, CEO of Air IT.
 
“I am confident that the combined capabilities of the two companies will result in an enhanced experience for our clients across the Midlands, as well as creating new jobs,” he said.
 
The acquisition of Microtrading was one of the earliest acquisitions for Air IT signalling growth plans from the managed IT and communication services provider.
 
Andrew Penlington, joint MD of the formerly named Microtrading, said: “Though we might look different from now on, there will be no changes for our clients in terms of the everyday support and high standards of service they expect from us.”
