Air IT has acquired Silverbug and Scoria, taking it to over 400 employees and more than 2,200 clients, a tenfold increase since its initial investment from August Equity in 2020.
The MSP has fully integrated the eight businesses acquired over the last two years while posting organic growth of 33%.
Silverbug and Scoria, Based in Milton Keynes and London, respectively, enhance Air IT’s ability to deliver focused, local service on a national scale.
