Air IT has acquired Wetherby-based IT service provider Vital Technology Group to create a new regional hub for Yorkshire and the north east.
Following the deal Air IT will employ almost 500 people and operate across eight regional UK offices, serving over 2,300 clients.
The buy will add to Air IT’s Microsoft cloud solution offering, with both companies holding Microsoft Gold Partner Status.
Lee Evans and Alex Dawson, Joint Managing Directors of Vital said: “By joining Air IT we will be able to offer additional technical expertise, skillsets and capabilities to our customers.”
