Communications developer Xelion will launch a new version of WhatsApp Business Integration as part of its Xelion 8.4 update.
This latest version will be licensed per business, not per user, allowing multiple agents within a business to use it without running up costs. Deployment and registration are handled as a service for the user.
Xelion’s UK MD, Dave Reynolds, said: “WhatsApp Business is a great way to connect with customers, but it simply isn’t scalable if it can’t be integrated into the UC ecosystem.”
We’re enabling customers to send and receive WhatsApp messages through the Xelion interface. This removes the need for training or the use of third-party apps.”
