Hotel specialist Fourteen IP has acquired its own Cisco BroadWorks carrier grade cloud PBX platforms hosted in data centres in Virginia and Texas, with European platforms located in London and Frankfurt.
The investment bolsters the capacity of Fourteen IP and its partner network to maximise comms opportunities in the global hospitality market, according to CEO Neil Tolley.
“During the lockdowns, we along with our partners, deployed our platforms and integrated them with solutions as well as connecting hundreds of hotels across 22 countries. Our platforms now connect over 220,000 hotel guest rooms.”
