Northern Ireland’s state backed Project Stratum has provided gigabit access to 15,000 premises in the first year of its full fibre rollout.
The £165m Project was funded under the DUP/Conservative Confidence and Supply deal and is being delivered alongside altnet Fibrus.
Economy Minister Gordon Lyons said: “Once completed the Project will see more than 76,000 premises across Northern Ireland being given Next Generation Access broadband speeds.”
