Prime Networks has acquired London-based MSP Our Tech Team to further engineering resource for both project delivery and IT Support services.
The company has been on a buy-and-build journey since securing a debt funding package from Clydesdale Bank in 2018.
MD Mark Simons said: “This is our fourth transaction since we began our buy and build programme, and the second transaction for us in 2021. We have been watching OTT’s progress closely for a number of years.”
Joel Lassman, Founder of Our Tech Team, joins the Prime Networks board. He said: “This brings great prospects for our clients and staff as part of Prime’s wider group.”
Prime Networks is already in talks with additional targets to supplement its buy and build programme for 2022, with a further funding commitment made by Clydesdale Bank.
