Zusi has increased its turnover by more than £1.5m in the last twelve months and aims to hit £5m within the next three years.
The UC specialists has also moved into a bigger office premises in Newcastle-under-Lyme to accommodate its growing team, having recruited five new sales staff.
Its growth strategy will be to focus on new, niche markets, improving efficiencies within the business, adopting new technologies and establishing and strengthening partner channels.
MD Richard Gannon said: “We have an established regional sales footprint in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and north east, but as we continue to grow our aim is to have a larger team of salespeople in more corners of the UK.
“Over the next 12 months we have plans to recruit a further ten sales staff. We will also focus on establishing and strengthening partner channels and have exciting plans to develop a new distribution model.”
