WestSpring is celebrating a strong financial quarter and a 33% rise in turnover during the last 15 months, reaching more than £5m from under £3m the previous year.
The healthy year-end results come alongside the company’s search for new employees, adding to its team of 31 staff.
Jason Small, Co-founder said: “It’s been great to see the continued growth of the business with this record quarter to end our financial year, especially as we have seen our consultancy and project work soar as we help clients to solve their security and productivity needs.”
Last year Wiltshire entrepreneur James Phipps (pictured centre) joined as executive chairman.
He said: “We have a record order book for our new financial year – which we’ve changed to align with key clients and suppliers – and we are matching that growth with four new recruits joining this month as we continue to invest even more in giving key services.”
Phipps was previously executive chairman of Excalibur Communications, leaving the board in 2020 after completing a management buy-out, and is now making a significant personal investment supporting the business.
The team have also welcomed new COO Victoria Parker to streamline and manage internal processes.
