Tech Data has been appointed sole UK and Ireland Platinum Value Added Distributor for Micro Focus, the provider of enterprise application software.
The Micro Focus range includes solutions in hybrid IT management, predictive analytics, security, risk and governance.
Tech Data will be looking to work with both existing Micro Focus partners and those who are new to the extended range of solutions it offers.
“As a Platinum VAD we will be able to deliver the higher levels of service and support on the complete Micro Focus range,” said Simon Bennett, Business Unit Director Advanced Solutions at Tech Data UK and Ireland.
Tech Data is to launch an incentive scheme for resellers on the vendor’s data protection solutions. The six -month programme will see a number of resellers rewarded for their sales achievements with an end-of-summer trip to Ibiza.
