To help ensure clear messaging and communication between organisations and their customers amid the Covid-19 crisis Elite Group is offering free professional voice prompt bundles that can be used on any compatible IVR phone system.
"When the opportunity arose to offer everyone free professional voice prompts, we took it," said Adam Turton, MD, Communications, Elite Group.
"Normally they are provided as an additional add-on that is chargeable and attached to a core managed service package. However, these aren’t normal times and we are conscious of the need to support other businesses and groups where we can."
