FourNet’s ANTENNA technology is helping to kit out a new HM Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) centre in Salford Quays Greater Manchester.
The digital transformation specialist won a £16.3m contract with HMCTS and has so far helped improve efficiency at service centres in Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham and Loughborough.
FourNet is providing an integrated service centre solution delivered via ANTENNA, a cloud-based communications service developed in partnership with the Prime Minister’s Office and hosted in UK Government data centres.
