Node4 Group appoints Woodhouse as Chairman

Node4 has appointed Chris Woodhouse as Chairman to execute a strategic transformation bringing its recent series of acquisitions under the main brand.

Woodhouse has a proven track record of driving value across different businesses in executive and non-executive roles. He has led Evelyn Partners and the RAC as CEO and held C-Level and Chairman roles within Debenhams, Homebase, Halfords, and the Gondola Group.

He will succeed Sir Bill Thomas as Node4 Group Chairman, who led for seven years and oversaw deals for TNP, Risual, Tisski, and ThreeTwoFour. Thomas will remain on the Node4 board.

He said: “I firmly believe now is the right time to step down as the business enters a new phase of growth.”

Woodhouse added:I believe the future opportunity for the business is material and I will work with the Board and CEO Andrew Gilbert to ensure this is realised to the benefit of all stakeholders.”
