Birch named Node4 MD following SLT restructure

Following an acquisitive period, Node4 has formed a new leadership structure under which Hannah Birch will assume the role of Group MD. Founder, Andrew Gilbert, continues in his role as CEO and Paul Bryce becomes the company’s CXO. 

Node4 has completed several strategic acquisitions over the past three years, with Birch joining the company in January 2023 to lead the company's Digital Business and integrate risual, ThreeTwoFour, TNP and Tisski.

She brings over two decades industry leadership experience, including over 10 years as an MD with Accenture. She said: “By integrating the capabilities from our recent acquisitions, we've assembled a portfolio that enables us to support our customers across the full technology stack.

Also joining the company’s senior leadership team are Mark Skelton and Mairead O'Connor, who will be working closely to expand Node4’s Digital Services business. Skelton will be leading the Digital Services business as Node4’s new Chief Technology and Strategy Director, while O’Connor assumes the role of Practice Operations Director.

With over two decades of industry expertise, Skelton has held various senior leadership roles aimed at defining and executing growth strategies. O’Connor joins Node4 following leadership roles in several high-growth companies with a focus on digital professional services.

Node4 has also appointed Jim Casey as head of its CXM Practice. Casey brings over 25 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise turnkey solutions with leading Systems Integrators, including PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting, IBM and NTT DATA.
