Craig Aston is stepping up from COO to CEO at Celerity to lead the company’s next growth phase. He takes over an organisation with turnover exceeding £40m and a team of 90.
His focus will be on widening Celerity’s service offering, expanding into new sectors, and pursuing further acquisitions.
This is part of a long-term succession plan that sees founder Chris Roche transition to a non-executive role.
Celerity has also appointed Mike Gowen as Chief Revenue Officer and Graeme Smith as Chief Technology Officer. Departing CTO Chris Hall moves into a non-executive position.
Phil Male, Celerity’s Non-Executive Chair, said: “With Craig’s appointment, we are doubling down on our growth strategy, focusing on diversifying our services and expanding into new sectors.
"Our strong organic growth, combined with our ability to integrate complementary businesses, positions us well for continued success.”
