Virgin Media Business is pivoting its wholesale contract model to anytime cancellation so partners can support their customer's transition to hybrid working, according to Mike Hallam, Executive Director of Wholesale.
He said: “We are stepping up for our partners with this shift, so they have the confidence, cashflow and commercial agility they need to help their customers bounce back stronger than ever.”
From June, Virgin Media Business partners can take its wholesale ethernet, dedicated internet access and high-capacity services offerings on cancel anytime, flexible contracts.
The company is also altering its pricing model, with costs automatically adjusted in line with acquisition pricing.
