Commsworld is strengthening its partnership with 8x8 by expanding the reach of its 8x8 XCaaS platform to customers across the UK.
This will allow Commsworld to add 8x8’s integrated, cloud native contact centre, voice, team chat and video meeting product to its own solutions.
The enhanced partnership is a response to growing demand for cloud-based platforms.
